Ingredients:

1 cup of cream
2 eggs
1 cup of white sugar
2 cups of self rising flour
vanilla

Directions:

1. Mix all the ingredients except the flour in a large bowl.
2. Mix them all well.
3. Add the flour slowly, stirring.
4. The mix should become thick.
5. Add the mix to a buttered and floured pan.
6. Cook for 45-50 min at a moderate temperature.
7. It is great with grated lemon or orange on top!
